Hi, I'm looking for two roommates to move in as early as December 1st, but at the latest Jan 1st. The apartment is part of Padonia Village Apartments. It's located in a pretty quiet neighborhood and is centrally located with down town Baltimore and Towson 15-30 minutes away. 695 and 83 are about 10 minutes away from the apartment and the area has some fairly decent shopping centers to offer. As for the apartment- It's a three bedroom, 2 bath with a great balcony over looking the street. The kitchen, dining room and living room are pretty large. There is free parking in front of the building a majority of the time, and street parking is available if needed. And there is PLENTY of closet space in the whole apartment. Rent includes some hot water costs and heat, so the rent fluxuates from $410-$430 a month per person, depending on the usage. BGE and Comcast are split three ways as well. We do have a laundry/trash room in the building so you don't have to drag the trash outside in the cold during winter, or in the rain. It's great! The rooms are fairly large. And again, each has great closet space. As for me- I'm a 25 year old female. I work full time at a laboratory in a Baltimore suburb. There are some weeks where I work crazy hours, coming and going at any hour of the day. I'm pretty quiet, laid back, and easy going. Who I'd prefer- I hate to limit things, but I'm looking for two roomates that are 21-30 years old, professional/student/recent college grad.. Basically someone who can handle the responsibility of paying bills on time. No pets please! No exceptions on that one. I love animals, but I can't deal with allergies and pet hair. I'd also prefer someone who is average cleanliness, easy going, laid back, respectful, responsible, considerate.. that's all I can really think of at the moment.. Hello,

I will be renewing my lease the 1st of February and am looking for 2 roommates to renew with me.

One of the rooms is next to the bathroom upstairs, the other has its own half bath downstairs. Washer/Dryer, Dishwasher, off street parking for one car, close walk to campus and downtown.

What I'm looking for: Male or female, employed or reliable source of income, doesn't get defensive when it comes to bills or fair house share. I have had issues with roommates in the past that don't understand that a contribution when you live on your own is more than just rent every month. The trash and recycling go out once per week, and it should be revolving as to who takes it. Toilet paper, paper towels, and garbage bags should also be switched up as to who buys them. BGE is due once per month, and is usually around $30-50 per person. Me and past roommates have been relatively conservative with energy use, and that average price is with laundry, dishwasher use, and heat or a/c use. Basically if you remember to turn lights off behind you the bill will be affordable.

Water bill also comes once every three months, and averages $50 per person. So we're talking an estimate of under $400 a month with all utilities to live in a nice place comfortably. If you can swing that, you should email me. If you understand that I am not going to be the only one buying things for the house and taking out the trash, you should definitely email me.

No more pets please, no drama, no drunks or people with drug problems. I don't care about your personal habits as long as you have a common respect for others. Several guests nightly is also not preferable, so if you like bringing the party home all the time this might not be the best match.

About me: Mid 20s female working full time and in school part time. I have a dog that gets along with everyone and will not be home frequently. I don't smoke, I drink sometimes, I like getting good sleep during the week. I like meeting people from all backgrounds. I can be social and chatty, but also like alone time. I'm not a huge fan of sketchy or obnoxious people, so if you might fall within those categories we probably wouldn't work as roommates.

So, sounds easy enough right? Do you want to live in an affordable place, are timely with bills and open to switching off chores? Are you and your bff are looking for a place in Southwest to live, etc? I have had all kinds of roommates and am pretty open-minded. I have lived with people from all over the world, with varying interests, and even had a roommate recently that had a toddler here during the week. My dog loves kids.
