Band Starting--Christian/Uplifting Music (Severn)

Serious/dedicated only. Must be able to put in 3-4 practices a week for starters.
No already formed bands to reply please, unless your band has not played for the public yet and is not completely formed.
Also looking for 2-3 other singers.
Looking to form a diverse band to be flexible to play other's music as well as be creative to write own.
Age not a problem but looking for flexibility. Target audience is H.S thru young adult (20-30 age range).
Women musicians strongly encouraged.
