I play guitar in a small church in Roland Park. We have people that play the piano, violin, harpsichord but we seriously lack any guitar or drum players. I play both.......but not at the same time. Hence my dillemia.
I need someone who can play either the guitar or the Djembe or other hand drums. I need someone who can bring some life to ordinarily boring worship music.
Our services are mostly hymns but we'd like to have half hymns and half praise music to cater to our diverse congregation.
If you're sick of church you are encouraged to apply. We are a little........."different".
This is a none paying gig.
