Familiarity with ticketing and fundraising software, and knowledge of art/art history would be helpful.

The temporary position begins in mid-December 2009 and concludes on May 23, 2010. The work schedule is Wednesday through Friday 9:15 a.m.-5:15 p.m., Saturday & Sunday 10:15 a.m.-6:15 p.m., with some additional evenings required. Pay rate is $10/hour; this temporary position is not eligible for benefits. While going with a student or someone with less experience will certainly result in lower fees, just remember that you get what you pay for. Meaning that in the end, it may end up costing more than what was originally thought as the results may not be what you are looking for as the student etc may not have the skills or expertise yet to produce those results.

However, the photographer--whether student, professional or amateur--as the creator of the image holds the copyright to said images. As such, he/ she can use those images in his/ her portfolio WITHOUT the permission of those in the images. So, by offering as payment the rights to use the images in a portfolio is like me granting you permission to drive your car. As the owner, you already have that right.

Looking for an "indie"-type guy to be cast for a quick series of photos that will be used in the creation of an album cover for an up-and-coming Baltimore-area band's next release. The perfect candidates will be 20-35 and "attractive". We're not looking for Barbie's and Ken's � just average, real people with a bit of a indie vibe, to appear on the cover of an "alternative pop" style band's CD.

I'm hoping to do the shoot next week (Nov. 30 � Dec. 2) or the following week, and am anticipating it to take about an hour. Location will be near the Clipper Mill area, just east of Hampden. The crew involved will only include myself (designer/art director) and my photo assistant. Should be a fun day!

Payment for this job is $50. You will be required to sign a waiver of rights for the use of your likeness on the album cover, advertising, etc.
