I have 258 Gray Ceramic Tiles (8X8)manufactured in Italy. These tiles were to be used in our laundry room but we decided to go another path. They have never been used only stored. Some of them are in boxes and the boxes are in bad shape, others are banded, but most are lose. The tiles themselves are in excellent condition with no chips or cracks.

This will only be of interest to someone who is either in the process, or soon will begin, a project using Mohawk "Santa Barbara" Natural Maple flooring WSK1-10. This is a light color engineered hardwood flooring with wide (5") planks having a "hand-scraped" surface and "eased edges."

(Also a good place to check for what's probably the lowest price to be found on this material.)

I finished my project and have some leftover flooring planks and trim molding. I also need a few items that I've run out of. The amounts of those items I need might be in your left-overs. Maybe we can make a trade, or sale with credits for items traded.

Here's what I have:

5 full-length planks (48") - Many are "cosmetic rejects" due to dark grain patterns or other color irregularities near one end; OK for closets and more hidden areas, or cut to use the mostly good part.
2 planks at 36" - All are cosmetically perfect
3 planks at 24" - All are cosmetically perfect
52 planks at 12" - All but 1 or 2 of these are cosmetically perfect
12-84" strips of quarter-round molding (the one trim item not shown on the affordafloors site, although they do sell it.) This is in perfect condition.

ALL for $40 or make an offer.

Now here's what I need - If you have any left over, let me know:

T-molding - one 31" piece, minimum <--that's what I need the MOST
stair-nose - one 38" piece, minimum
floating floor underlayment - 8 running feet from a 36" wide roll, or else a minimum of 20-24 sq. ft.
