Found Dog - BEAGLE MIX (Mt Vernon)

Hello! I found this adorable beagle mix dog yesterday morning (5/8) in Mt Vernon on Calvert & Read St. Male, mostly black fur, with a brown leather-like collar with silver studs. He is very sweet and well behaved. He is not neutered.
He was running with another dog which I believe was a miniature (but medium-sized) pinscher... mostly white with some black spots. He was too skittish and I couldn't catch him.
I took the found dog to the BARCS animal shelter. 410-396-4695 or baltimore animal shelter dot org
They will hold him for 3 days, I believe, and then he will go to a rescue. Please contact them if this is your dog!
