**Job Requirements**

Prevent & Identify dangerous or deadly objects in cargo and preventing those objects from being transported onto aircraft. They may use various types of electronic detection and imaging machines for this purpose, for example, X-ray machines, trace detection machines and hand �held metal detector. Must be self-motivated, with a positive cooperative attitude and be able to function effectively.

Screeners must pass training and be certified to use the machines employed in their jobs.
Must be able to lift and carry cargo and objects weighing up to 70 pounds or more. Remain standing for periods up to 3 hours.
Demonstrate physical fitness to work on a daily basis without the aid of medication.

Must be 18 years of age or older / Valid Driver�s License / Pass Background and Criminal checks / Able to pass Drug and Alcohol screening tests / High School Diploma or G.E.D.

Previous Experience : If you have at least one year of full time working as an X-ray technician, aviation screener or security officer is a plus!!!

Responsible for management of maintenance expenses to maximize hotel profitability

Assists with the preparation and management of the department budget

Collaborates with General Managers to prioritize improvements through capital expenditures

Prefer candidate with vocational training or experience; a plus but not required.

To perform and/or assign all preventative maintenance work. (Complete all guest rooms every 60 days).

Remedy guest complaints within 30 minutes, or if not possible, notify the Front Desk or General Manger for proper follow-up.

Comply with Departmental, Hotel and Corporate Standard Operating Procedures.

Clean and maintain the whirlpool and outside pool, i.e. back washing vacuuming, and keeping the tiles and skimmer clean.

This is part-time work based on maintenance calls from tenants. It will probably average out to 8 - 10 hours per week, but will vary from week to week. We pay $20 per hour.
