Need a babysitter for our newborn (Owings Mills)

We are looking for a babysitter for our newborn starting in mid-August. We would need someone who is flexible Mon-Fri between 5am and 4pm. 25 hours per week would probably be the most we would need someone. Most of the time, it would be less than that. It would be great to have someone come to our place but not necessary. Please reply with salary requirements.
