Position Summary:
Human Capital Consultants, LLC, a Columbia Maryland Employee Benefits and HR Consulting Practice, is expanding its Talent Acquisition practice. This creates a unique opportunity for a highly motivated recruiter to contribute to our aggressive growth. The Firm is backed by years of HR and Recruiting experience.
To be considered, you must have at least 5 years experience recruiting top tier talent on a retained and or contingent basis. Experience sourcing and placing candidates within the Information Technology discipline is required. Candidates with knowledge of the Government Procurement process will be viewed favorably. Other requirements:
Candidate must have the ability to:
• Develop relationships with key decision makers with the goal of landing temporary and permanent search contracts in the IT sector
• Build strong networks with prospective search candidates
• Effectively manage and document, using our database, lead generation and tracking of candidates in process
• Strong telephone presentation and cold calling skills
• Present Human Capital’s value proposition to top level executives with ease
• Facilitate Interviews, assess candidates, conduct background investigations and facilitate job offers and on-boarding
The ideal candidate will:
• Have exceptional oratory and presentation skills
• Have a Bachelor’s degree in business, master’s preferred
• Be organized, motivated and have passion for executive search
The compensation will be 40% commission on all placements, then adjusting to a base salary / draw – after 120 days. After successfully completing a probationary period, you will enjoy an attractive benefits package to include Blue Cross Blue Shield Medical & Dental, life, disability, paid vacation, and paid time off. High performing candidates can expect their earnings to exceed $125K per year.
