This is a PART TIME position which requires 2 days a week onsite and will be responsible for benefits administration, employee relations, compliance/safety issues and potentially payroll. The client is a government contractor in Crofton, MD.
5+ years of successful HR management experience as well as precise attention to detail, the ability to multi task and the ability to meet firm deadlines are required. Professionalism, strong oral and written communication skills and the ability to learn quickly are needed. A bachelor’s degree in a HR related field from an accredited university is necessary.
