Responsibilities:
-Recruiting background in the following industry: Marketing, Communication and Creative Services
-Full life-cycle recruiting including creative, “outside the box” sourcing skills
-Source Candidates through traditional and networking methods
-Conduct full interviews, including behavioral-based methods
-Process candidate paperwork, with regards to company, local/state and federal requirements
-Work with new and existing clients directly, identifying their staffing needs and facilitate the candidate presentation through interview process
-Manage full client list, conducting regular follow up calls and marketing efforts
-Prepare candidates for client interviews and conduct post interview debriefs
-Conduct employment verification
-Must be willing and able to conduct marketing and sales calls to existing and new clients
Requirements:
-1-3 yrs experience in corporate and/or agency recruiting
-College degree preferred, with some marketing coursework
-Account management experience a plus
-Strong written and verbal communication skills
-Ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers
-Ability to effectively manage multiple requisitions and deliver high volume results
