Technical Recruiter

Seeking a dynamic individual with a proven track record to perform as a full life-cycle Technical Recruiter. You will be responsible for professional level recruitment activities on wide range of technical and non-technical positions requiring security clearances in the intelligence community. Your responsibilities will include candidate sourcing and prescreening, facilitation of the interview/offer process, and applicant tracking. You will partner with the organization to create effective staffing and candidate sourcing strategies. You will also be responsible for maintaining applicant information in alignment with company regulations and OFCCP requirements. Hours: 8:00am to 5:00pm

Must be a US citizen with the ability to obtain/maintain a TS/SCI clearance. Local candidates only. A minimum of 6 years demonstrated experience with the full life cycle of recruiting to include partnering with hiring managers on requirement creation to development of a sourcing plan, sourcing, resume review, candidate screening, promoting your qualified candidate to the hiring team and closing the candidate is required. A demonstrated ability to source and hire candidates with clearances is required. The ideal individual must be creative in their approach in sourcing candidates through direct and/or personal networking and Internet searches. Must be able to handle a high-volume of openings while maintaining flexibility and professionalism. Must have the ability to interface effectively with all levels of management. Experience with Internet recruiting and applicant tracking systems is required. An understanding of employment laws and regulations. Must be able to work independently and as a team member. Must be able to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Excellent multitasking and time management skills required. Demonstrated people skills and ability to manage high volume requirements required. Experience supporting job fairs required. Experience with federal contract recruiting desired. Experience with Vurv or a similar ATS desired.
