Job Description:

We are looking for competitive, self-motivated individuals who have the drive to succeed and contribute to our next level of growth. We are looking for experienced recruiters with a proven track record in the technical field, specifically in a high volume, fast paced, VMS environment. This is a great mid-level position for someone eager to further their career in VMS recruiting and have the opportunity for advancement.
A Professional Recruiter is a recruiter with at least three years of national professional recruiting experience who consistently demonstrates the ability to find, search, and place qualified professionals that meet client needs in the engineering sector. This Recruiter will be the main point of contact with client hiring managers through a high volume VMS system. We are looking for someone who has the ability to manage, filter, and pipeline qualified candidates to client business units throughout the nation.

We are looking for someone to provide:

► Source candidates through a variety of mediums (web tools, employee referrals, proactive, etc.)
► Recruit candidates with various engineering skill sets including: Systems Engineer, Quality Engineer, Design Engineer, Test Engineer, Program Engineer, Electrical Engineer, Mechanical Engineer, UAV Engineer
► Thoroughly pre-screen candidates to Aerospace / Defense industry standards
► Pitch our clients value proposition; develop a strong network and build a talent pipeline within key skills areas and disciplines
► Schedule applicant activities and coordinate job offers with managers and generalists
► Required Skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must.
► Excellent PC skills required;
► Must have knowledge of internet sourcing techniques and applicant tracking software
► Must be detail oriented, able to multi-task, maintain confidential information, meet specific deadlines and operate with minimal supervision.
► Negotiating skills with contracts and contract to hire employees
► Experience in a high volume, fast paced, recruiting environment
