I am taking a shot in hopes to find someone willing to work with me. I am a single mother who just relocated back to baltimore a few weeks ago. I recently started working and I am living with a friend however, I am in desperate need of my own place. I have a great rental history and can provide my previous landlord's number, basically what I need is a 1 bedroom, that isnt very expensive. I dont have enough money right now for a deposit, and depending on how much is needed for rent I may or may not have a full months rents.
