We are flexible on:
Rent - within a limit, of course
Timeline - we currently live in Boston and will be moving down as early as September 1, or as late as November 30, it depends on when an appropriate housing situation is arranged!
Location - can be in Baltimore, all the way down to Annapolis, off 95, or anywhere in that vicinity

What we unfortunately can't be flexible on are:
Pets (we have 2 kittehs that must accompany us)
Lease - we won't sign a 1 year lease. Prefer a 4-8 month arrangement.
Credit check - this we will not do, either. We can, however, provide pay stubs and give you a credit print out (we have Bank of America monitoring and our scores are updated every 3 months). Reason being not due to bad credit, but due to wanting to purchase a home within a year and don't want credit reports being pulled.
Safety - the home must be in a safe area - must!

A little about us: We're working professionals (26 & 30) with well-paying, full-time jobs. We'll be relocating from Boston and will be taking a day trip to the area in the next few weeks to meet with potential landlords (you!). my name is josh and my girl friend chealsea and i are both looking to find a place to rent together we're both haven trouble with our room mates and we might as well live together as it is if im not at her place shes at mine we do have a few demands first of all though she lives in parkville and her job as a graphic design artist is there and i live in pasadena near glen burnie and my job as an equipment operater seems to be on this side of town for the most part but the location we're not sure about as long as it isnt in the city we both have atvs and need a garage or a shed thats in good shape to keep them both in and with haveing the atvs i need a trailer to haul them i have a 5ft by 10ft trailer i need to be able to store now if the rent is reasonable enough that i can afford to get a storage unit to keep it in or pay to store it else where i would be up for that but would rather keep them with us we also have a 55 gallon fish tank that has ben mine since i was 8 years old that would have to stay with me i also have a geko but he makes no noice and uses very little electric chelsea has a cockateal i doubt i spelled that right but shes a bird maybe around a pound in weight very friendly and only gets worked up and makes any noice when we get home from work she also has a cat he is a tailess minx named max and is extremely friendly and loves other animals dogs other cats what ever and gets along with everyone he has to stay with us as well i would eventually like to get a beagle but i dont have one yet and i wouldnt be upset if i couldnt it is just another mouth to feed but a lil about us im 24 she is 23 we've ben dateing for a little more than 6 months we wanted to wait till january to move in together but because of the problems with our roomies we're gonna start looking now im up for lookin at an apartment a house a town home im fine with roomies im what most people call a red neck haha i hunt and fish and ride four wheelers as much as i can i drive a pick up chelsea is very artsie i guess most people would say she gets along with everyone she likses to read paint and ride her four wheeler when i go out she kindda hangs out in the back of the pack shes still learning she makes about 40,000 a year i make a lil more than 50 depending on how much overtime we both get that is a conservitive estimate anyway we're looking forward to hearing from you soon

Hi, I am a single mom with 2 children, one is 11 and one is 14. I am a full time student trying to obtain my BA so I can provide better for my children. I am having a very difficult time with this in my own apartment. I was hoping to find a family who needed help with the kids, laundry, cleaning, shopping or what ever that had either a basement that could be made into 2 bedrooms or 2 free rooms for us to move in. I don't want something temporary. I want something that would work out for the next 2 years so I can finish College and get my BA so please don't reply if temporary help is what you need. I am in Baltimore County now but would consider other locations. I can live with simply 2 bedrooms if one of them is large. I have bunk beds for the kids and can put the rest of my stuff in storage. Please reply if you think we could help each other. I do have 2 cats which is why a basement apartment would be better. They are older cats, declawed and never go outside so they wouldn't mess up anything.
