I am a responsible, hard working, fully employed person that also works a second part time job. I am very busy all the time and basically need a budget apartment where I can keep my things and lay my head at night. I am looking for something that I would be able to rent on a month to month basis (or a 6 month lease). A garage apartment, second story of a store, or basement apartment is ideal. Otherwise, I am looking for something with a separate entrance.

I am looking for something because I am on a budget. I am willing to offset rent for yard work (mowing lawns, raking leaves, shoveling snow) or other odd jobs around the house.
