Want to rent historic house. Do not want or need air conditioning. Want big, clunky, iron radiators, wood floors; love the old porcelain sinks with the built in drainboard in the kitchen. I am a quiet, nonsmoking, nondrinker, non-drug user with no pets; rent will be paid. Would like to live in or around Baltimore, on a quiet, less traveled street. Have lived most of my life in houses at least l00 or 200 years old and love the character of a place that has not been modernized.
