<description><![CDATA[I am a profesional employed in downtown DC and commute daily.  I currently live in a 1BR in a location that I love in Columbia with a great view. My lease expires 7/31/08.  Problem:  Tiny place, ridiculous rent, indifferent management company. The reviews on most places in the surrounding areas on Apartment Reviews and Ratings are dismal.  I need a larger unit:  1 BR with den at a minimum for home office space with CAC, dishwasher, modern.  I look for a secure and quiet environment; don't like to overlook parking lots.  I like access to walking paths.  I won't consider in-law apartments, basement apartments (horrific experience has sworn me off them); not fond of high rises. I'd consider Marriottsville to Catonsville area.  If you are aware of a unit with some exterior and/or interior photos, I'd consider them and will respond if I feel it would suit my needs.  I need more space and am tired of every cent going to rent.  Looking for rent not to exceed $1100 where possible.]]></description>
