I am writing with a warning for brides-to-be and wedding vendors alike. I've recently had an awful business experience with Angela Michelle Weddings who may also be known as It's Your Special Occasion.

I am a professional musician in the Baltimore Metro Area and was hired by Angela to play at a wedding in late March of this year. Everything went smoothly at the ceremony and reception, she thanked us for being there, and gave me a check for $600. I paid the violinist and guitarist out of my checking account because I was hired for the gig. A week later the check for $600 from Angela bounced. I have called her numerous times, sent her numerous emails, and after not hearing back from any of them am forced to take the issue to the Maryland State's Attorney.

I would highly recommend against anyone doing business with this company. Her conduct has been incredibly unprofessional, and I wouldn't want anyone (bride, musician, photographer, etc.) to have to deal with a similar situation.
