NEW CLUB + NEW PROMOTION TEAM EQUALS PAYDAY
MARKETING SPECIALIST OVERVIEW
New nightclub in Baltimore is looking to hire 21 and older highly motivated, creative, intellectual and self-driven individuals that are interested in working in the nightlife industry.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Distribute marketing & promotional material at area nightclub venues.
-Establish customer service based relationships with potential attendees.
-Develop ideas and strategies to maintain and bolster attendance.
-Meet weekly to discuss strategies and future event planning.
-Create online marketing campaigns to attract attendees.
REQUIREMENTS:
-Strong communication skills with a magnetic personality.
-Proactive with an open and adaptable schedule that can be adjusted
³on-the-fly².
-Reliable vehicle.
-Meet weekly marketing quotas.
