1- Perform daily project safety audits
2- Facilitate daily job safety analysis with contractors prior to issuing permits in the morning.
3- Review/ approve contractors health and safety programs
4- Issue daily construction permits.
5- Develop pre construction project risk assessment.
6- Approve new contractors HSSE vetting package.
7- Assist contractors in development of lifting plans.
8 - Provide safety training.

Previous Chemical Plant/Refinery experience preferred
