In this 1ST Class thru 5TH Class Engineer positions, you'll have the opportunity to:
·Performs troubleshooting, replacement, repair and preventative maintenance of HVAC, VAV, electrical, plumbing and life safety systems.
·Operates HVAC and energy management systems. Perform water treatment testing and system diagnostics. Perform Log/Tour/Watches. Assist with administrative, training and management functions
·Perform Log/Watch/Tour. Assist Chief Building Engineer with his operational, supervisory, administrative, financial, training, logistical and life safety tasks. Comply with current environmental issues and concerns relating to IAA, outdoor storage tanks, lead, radon, asbestos, Legionella.
