Harrisburg Pa Area Company currently searching for SR Electrical RF Engineer (EE)

Sr Level Electrical RF Engineer manages new and existing products for the military market place which includes military microwave products ranging from 40 MHz to 26 GHz. You need to be well versed in low noise signal generation and the measurement of low AM and PM noise with working knowledge of ISO9001-2008 Quality Standards and willing to perform hands on development and design of new products. The successful candidate must have good customer support skills relative to technical issues and ability to write test procedures to meet military contract requirements with the ability to work independently and keep a clear line of communication among management, engineers and technicians.

Government Contract(s) Clearance Requirement: U.S. Citizenship with ability to obtain Secret Clearance required; Current Secret Clearance desired.

Basic Qualifications:
• Must have BSEE or related degree
• 5 years experience in RF and microwave signal generation including frequency multipliers, multi-channel sources, synthesizers, up/down converters, or related radar and communications products.
• Knowledge of production and test processes for low noise microwave products
• Working knowledge of PCB layout and design
• Able to work with CAD design tools.
• Demonstrated problem solving skills using “Root Cause Analysis" and appropriate corrective actions to improve robustness and quality of product
• Detail orientated relative to design, documentation and evaluation of products
• Ability to travel on occasion

Desired Qualifications:
• Masters Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience & education
• Mil-Std-1553 experience
• Aviation/NAVAIR Instrumentation experience
• Demonstrated success in technical problem resolution
• Demonstrated success to work in a fast pace environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Documented success in directing and influencing various disciplines of engineering
• Demonstrated effective interface with an external customers in resolving technical issues.
• Experience with proposals and new business development
