Rare, out of production model is highly sought after by the diecast collector.
This model is a beautiful Metallic Black 2002 BMW Z3 Roadster by UT with tan interior. This version was the “official” BMW catalog model - sold only through BMW and no longer available.
An exclusive, authentic model of the BMW Z3 Roadster with a removable ‘soft’ top. Body of high purity zinc alloy with scratchproof stove-enamel finish. This diecast model has an opening hood displaying great engine detail. The doors also open wide revealing the most intricate interior detail. The model also has a working steering wheel controlling the front wheels with real rubber tires all around including the spare tire tucked under the truck.
This UT ‘Limited Series’ model is one of the most popular diecast modelers in the industry. UT has a reputation for their attention to detail on their model cars and they are true collector’s pieces. This is NOT a toy, but a true collectable work of art.
It is a 1:18 scale model and is in mint condition with the original shipping box and the formed Styrofoam packing material.
It is used, but has only lovingly been handled by myself.

This version is metallic blue with a tan soft-top, very similar to the above 1:18 scale model.
But wait, if you act now and pay the full $55 price, I’ll also include the beautiful coffee table book called (oddly enough) ‘BMW Z Cars’ by James Taylor, published in 2001 by Veloce Publishing (UK) - original retail price of $49.95. The full story of all the Z prototypes and concept cars, and particularly the production models - Z1, Z3 (M-Roadster and M-Coupe) and Z8 - which have done so much to change the public’s concept of the BMW marque.
