If you’re looking for a workout and are intrigued about doing it in a foreign language. Or if you are learning Spanish and getting in shape would be an added bonus…come check it out! I’m a certified instructor through the Aerobics and Fitness Association of America and offering FREE classes at Wolfe Street Academy. Here’s the schedule and location:

The classes were created for Latino Ladies but open for everyone…well, almost everyone, you still have to be female.
Myself? I’m a Baltimore native, UMD grad. and mother, working in the area of social work and marketing…yes it’s complicated. I am not Hispanic myself but I guess you could say I’ve been drawn to the culture through my Peace Corps experience and husband, who is Salvadorean. Go Pupusas!!
And for those of you whom would like this in Spanish…
Si buscas una clase de ejercicio y estas interesada en aprender un otra idioma. O si estudias ingles y ponerte en buena forma seria una extra cosa positiva…¡participa! Soy lisenciada en aerobicos por la associacion de Aerobics and Fitness Association of America y ofrezco una clase GRATIS en la escuela de Wolfe Street Academy. Arriba esta el horario semanal y direccion.
Las clases empezeron para las damas Latinas pero estan abierto para todas…pues, casi todas, todavia tienes que ser hembra.
Y yo? Soy de Baltimore, gradué de la Universidad de Maryland, soy una madre, y hago trabajo social y campañas de anuncios para companias… sí, me siento que es mucho. No soy Latina pero amo la cultura por mis viajes en america central y por mi esposo, quien es salvadoreño. ¡Ay que rica son las Pupusas!
