A CHEMICAL ACCOUNT MANAGER is an outside sales/service person, responsible for achieving sales growth and driving new business development of various Swisher chemical programs (including warewashing and on premise laundry) in an assigned territory. • Be the main point of contact for customers during the production process and coordinate internal resources to ensure a smooth and timely installation.<br>

• Plan, organize, and control all aspects of project development from start to finish.<br>

• May be asked to perform on-site wayfinding analysis for large hospitals and universities-- therefore a professional look and attitude is required to represent company.<br>
• Able to work effectively as part of a team to drive technical projects and deliverables.<br>
• Documents, assigns and monitors all projects issues to ensure clearance with minimal impact to project progress.<br>
• Act as liaison between customer and in-house developers – must know all aspects of project.<br>
• Provide regular feedback to management of project team performance and project timelines.<br>
• Become knowledgeable (through training) about ITS’s products and services to be able to sell upgrades to existing customers.<br>
• Management of multiple tasks is required.<br>
• Complete other responsibilities, as assigned.<br>

Position is a full-time employment position located in Suitland MD for a Federal Agency. The Planner/Scheduler will work with high-level managers within the Agency’s division that surveys the American population on a continuous basis. Working with 6-7 different teams within the division, the planner/scheduler will build WBS, work packages/activities – and perhaps resource-load the activities – from the ground-up, working with team members in working sessions and desk-side.<br>
Initial task will be to interview and work with managers to identify a design/approach for building the schedules, how to integrate them, reporting and analysis, and other schedule-related requirements. Design work packages with roll-ups to higher-level milestones in construction of a division-wide Integrated Master Schedule (IMS). It is important that the immediate needs be met – including the development of the IMS – but also that a long-term view be taken in helping the customer with process maturity.<br>
<br>
Desired Skills:<br>
-	Requires experience of at least 5 plus yrs of Microsoft Project 2003 or 2007 in developing detailed project schedules; integrating them; analyzing the schedules as individual entities, as well as in light of their integration with other schedules; and working with numerous users in developing, analyzing, reporting, and updating their schedules. <br>
-	At least 5 yrs of experience with Primavera (P3e, P5, P6) is also very helpful, as we anticipate a possible migration from MS Project to Primavera. <br>
-	The successful candidate must have strong skills in working with technical managers, building effective working relationships with government managers, and providing coaching/mentoring in order to help the customer grow in its project management maturity. <br>

The Third Party Acquiring Relationship Executive will serve as a primary interface point between TPA Clients and Global Payments. This position is specifically responsible for contract renegotiation, revenue growth, retention, business development and providing value added solutions and services to clients while working in tandem with the Relationship Manager.<br>

Duties:<br>
• Develop strong relationships with senior-level personnel<br>
• Increase portfolio revenue and profitability<br>
• Identify (proactively) potential risks within account base <br>
• Proactively handle all sales related activities – RFP’s, negotiation of rate and service fees increases, and net new business opportunities <br>
• Proactively identify and provide solutions to all of accounts payment issues<br>
• Identify clients strategic payment needs and develop value added solutions that meet/exceed their specific requirements/needs <br>
• Provide consultative recommendations to improve clients current payment processes and procedures <br>
• Provide education around industry developments, association rules and regulations, technology, etc. <br>
• Ensure Global Payments is meeting/exceeding contractual obligations<br>
• Foster strong partnership and open communication with Account Management (Baltimore) resources to ensure the high level of service is provided to portfolio<br>
• Apply high level of consistent and on-going communication with key stakeholders within organizations – regular face-to-face visits, phone calls, etc.<br>
• Conduct detailed quarterly account reviews with key account stakeholders (including senior level management)<br>
• Perform other duties as required <br>

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:<br>
• Account development/management background preferred – Minimum 4-5 years of experience required<br>
• College degree preferred <br>
