I just pulled these off my bike and they were still stopping VERY well. I'm not sure how much pad life is left.

160mm / 6" rotors 6 bolt included. Just bolt on and go. These should be ready to ride, you may want to lube them a bit as I haven't in the last couple of rides.
These came off a large frame full suspension bike so there should be plenty of brake length for any application.

Specialized "Rockhopper" Mountain Bike

The "Rockhopper" by Specialized has been in production for almost as long as moutain biking has been a sport. The design is time-tested and this bike holds its own in any crowd. But if you're like me, you'll use this bike to leave the crowds behind. The Rockhopper performs well on road, off road, on singletrack, fire roads, uphill, and downhill. What I like most about the Rockhopper is that the frame is made out of Chromium-Molybdenum ("CroMoly") which flexes a little more than aluminum, thereby quieting the ride. I own an aluminum mountain bike (also a Specialized) and it rattles the heck out of my body, head, and teeth! The Rockhopper does not have that problem.

Another cool thing about the Rockhopper is the SRT 800X-11 Grip Shift system. You don't have to move your hands around to get to the gear you want - hence the name "grip shift." You just twist a section of the grip and you're shifted. (I'd be happy to show you mountain bike riding/racing shift strategy if you don't know already. Yes, there's a science to it.) When I first bought the bike, I was hesitant about the grip shift system, because I thought that the placement would cause me to shift by accident. That never happens, and grip shift has come to be my favorite shifting system. Speaking of shifting, gear changes are handled by an upgraded Shimano DEORE XT derailleur.

Some other upgrades include replacement Suntour pedals. They are lighter, which means FASTER! They come with toeclips so that you can not only press DOWN, you can also pull UP. They're easy to take off if you don't want the toeclips, or if you want to install clipless pedals for use with the appropriate shoes. I just lightened up the back rim with a brand new FEMCO rim. It comes with a brand new Jones tire. Stopping power comes from KOOLSTOP MTB brakes. The pads are long and I have no problem locking the wheel when I need it. The brakes are controlled by new cantilevers that allow for great regulation of braking power. I upgraded the handlebars with bar-ends. The bar-ends have a dramatic curve, which make them a God-sent on uphills. Because they are higher than the handlebar, you can hold them on an uphill to transfer more power to the back tire so it has less tendency to slip. If you don't know already, bar ends are a must on steep uphills.

Overall, this is an awesome bike and I hate to part with it. I've taken good care of it, always kept it indoors, and maintained. Oh, I had the bearings in the bottom bracket repacked the other year. (You know that creaking that you hear on some older bikes? That comes from a cracked bearing. You won't hear that on my Rockhopper.)

This is a hard-to-find Magic Motorcycle Coda Mountain bike crankset in very good condition. One of the best cranksets ever made, though now sadly discontinued. It set a benchmark that Shimano is still trying to match. The Magic Motorcycle crankset came out on top-of-the-line Cannondales during the mid-90's ('95-early '97). They are light, but very strong with very little flex. The small and middle chainrings are excellent condition, the large chainring has one tooth missing (see photo) and two others with some wear on them (though the big ring still works stellar). Bottom bracket, Coda 175mmCranks (superlight) and larger chainring guard are included. I know these are a much desired item so good luck with the bidding. Asking $300.00 or best offer.
