BoPA thinks for some reason it's more important to draw from OUTSIDE the community instead of CELEBRATING THE LOCAL TALENT THATS ALREADY HERE...
They have their HEADS so FAR UP THEIR A$$ THEY THINK THEIR SH*T DONT STINK...
