All the rooms are spacious and in the same condition when I first moved in, new and clean. The location is convenient, 3 minutes from campus and I walk to class everyday. The neighborhood is very safe. There are a number of towson students leaving in the apartment complex which is an easy way to meet other students. Obviously, the main reason I have continued to live here for so long is because the rent is affordable, $413.50. Plus, you don't have to worry about the security deposit wich I had already paid when I first moved in. There are really no other places in Towson where you would find a nice place for the same price. All the expenses added come to $550, and no more.
