<description><![CDATA[Hi, I'm senior at Towson University and I have a room available in a two bedroon apartment as of August 1st. This is going to be my third year living here and couldn't ask for anything better. All the rooms are spacious and in the same condition when I first moved in, new and clean. The location is convenient, 3 minutes from campus and I walk to class everyday. The neighborhood is very safe. There are a number of towson students leaving in the apartment complex which is an easy way to meet other students. Obviously, the main  reason I have continued to live here for so long is because the rent is affordable, $413.50. Plus, you don't have to worry about the security deposit wich I had already paid when I first moved in. There are really no other places in Towson where you would find a nice place for the same price. All the expenses added come to $550, and no more.
