We have some openings in an indoor soccer pickup game -- mostly women -- that is really fun and excellent fitness training. Please feel free to e-mail me for information.

WHAT: An indoor pickup game at Soccerdome II arena. We play almost nonstop for 60 minutes with only very light contact and a lot of opportunity to have all players to learn the midfield, striker, overlapping wing and defensive positions in a freeflowing match. We change teams each time a team scores 3 goals.

WHERE: In Harmans, Maryland, near BWI airport, at Soccerdome II, location map here.

WHEN: Wednesday nights.

WHO: A neat group of women and people they like to play with -- including some husbands, cousins and daughters.

EQUIPMENT NEEDED: All you need is a white T-shirt, a blue or black T- shirt, some water and some cash to defray the cost of the field rental. You can check out a single game for $8.

HOW WE ARE DIFFERENT to other soccer games: We go for lots of style, lots of assists, very little contact, keeping the ball on the ground with short passes. It's sort of like "How Brazilian can you play?" for one hour. We have:

• LOW or NO contact
• lots of FUN
• more CONDITIONING because everyone gets involved
