Associate Accountant

A Non-Profit Organization is seeking an Associate Accountant with a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or an Associates degree in Accounting with 2 years directly related experience. Must have strong skills in MS Word and Excel. Must be able to prioritize work, multi-tasks and meet established deadlines.
Responsibilities include:
- Preparing financial statements
- Preparing budgets
- Researching technical issues and financial data
- Maintaining programs and other work paper files
- Providing audit assistance
- Preparing general ledger account reconciliation and analyses.
