COMMISSION SCHEDULE:
20 bps on our 3 Government programs
15 bps on Agency & Seconds
15 bps on Non-Conforming & Seconds
FUNDING BONUS ON TOP OF COMMISSIONS:
$1,250.00 bonus will be paid when the Wholesale Account Executive has funded at least 4 First Mortgages during the month.
UNDERWRITING DECISIONS IN 24 HOURS OR LESS!
Preferred Broker Program that pays an extra .25 bps to the broker when they fund four loans in a month.
We are seeking experienced Wholesale Account Executives who have a loyal Broker following of 15-20 broker shop relationships and are funding $3 million or more on average per month. We offer the products this market needs.
With Greystone Financial Group your territory extends as far as your relationships do. Our AEs can solicit business in ANY of the states we are licensed in.
